Allow up to 90 minutes but maybe less depending on the speed of unblocking as indicated by pendulum. Cotton or natural fibre clothing recommended for a more organic approach.

Comprises of:

1. A lying down session on a therapy couch surrounded by crystalline protection

2. Unblocking energy from left foot and upwards through the body and downwards to right foot.

3. Cleansing and energising the chakras

4. Gridding and focus on specific organs where necessary.

Contraindications include:

Recent operations in the last 6 months,

Schizophrenia, pacemaker, pregnancy, heart attack, angina, alcohol or drug dependency, cancer; 
although the Crystal Bible and Crystal Prescriptions books by Judy Hall on crystals state you can use them yourself.
