Services Reiki Healing (1hour) at The Mystic Moon in Nottingham

Lying down on the therapy couch or sitting in a chair you will receive hands on healing (or above the body). You can experience total relaxion with traditional Usui symbols and/or Maat-Sekhem reiki that will enhance the bodys natural healing as needed. You will remain fully clothed and need only take off your foot-wear. This hour long session includes energy work on the front and back. Many people often fall asleep during this therapy as it is so relaxing. You need to allow yourself time to refocus and ground before driving or operating machinery. A glass of water that has been reiki charged during your session is available to assist with this. A wonderfully calming therapy for any age.
