This workshop is limited to people after discussion with applicants for suitability. This is because focus is required and sometimes a healing crisis occurs after attunement. It is important for applicants to be able to manage their own wellness physically, mentally and emotionally.  Reiki is a Japanese hands on universal energy healing system. At level one you will learn how to work on yourself, friends and family. Includes history, theory and practice. Certificate on completion. Bring a packed lunch. 

Total £125 per person.
 A Non-refundable £40 deposit required in advance after suitability has been approved.

2 people per attunement is preffered but not essential.
